All Radiant Heat panels include FREE shipping. When ordering a panel with a cage, installation is FREE as well. Some say these are the best and most natural of all heating systems. Radiant heat from above is certainly the closest to the type of heat provided by the sun. These panels are all plastic and completely sealed. Misting your animals and getting water on these panels is not any problem whatsoever. Boaphile Plastics only installs the "complete" version of these panels including the "skirt" wrap around system preventing any climbing or access around the edge of the panel.
