TEN ORIGINAL RACKS!
I have been breeding Boas every year for the last eighteen years. I have actually been building housing for my herps for 22 years. A cabinet maker for 15 years, I have used all the tricks to build consistent, strong and economical products. Racks will certainly work fine for many types of geckos, and other lizards, colubrids, smaller or young Boas and Pythons. Ball Pythons are also kept well in rack systems. Larger herps deserve and should have the luxury of a cage vs. a rack. My experience has told me that fundamental to successful breeding of the female, her housing should be stable and should enable her to have that secure restful feeling. While breeding I try not to even touch my females let alone shake them up just to see them. For this reason I have absolutely no intention of offering racks when the obvious best choice is a cage. You may very well see additional racks being offered by "Boaphile Plastics" but please do not hold your breath for huge tub type rack systems.
