our Reptile Housing. In fact, Jeff Ronne, AKA "The Boaphile", the
salesman you are most likely to speak to if you call, is one of the
best known Reptile breeders anywhere. His more than 20 years experience
keeping and housing Reptiles is an invaluable resource of information
regarding the best housing for your specific situation. This includes
but is not limited to detailed price configurations, specific "what
cage would you recommend for my herp?" questions, lighting, heating,
thermostats or anything related to our caging or rack systems before
and after the sale. Email seems to be the least reliable way of making
contact with us. For this reason the phone is always answered from
9:00 AM till 6:00 PM Central time Monday through Saturday. We actually
carry the phone with us from 6:00 AM till our work day is done, often
well after 6:00 PM. We save the noisiest work for very early and very
late so we can hear the phone ring when you call. The ideal time to
contact our sales department is from 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM Central
